Professional Supervision Services
Professional Supervision is a contractual and collaborative process with the aim to support, guide and develop both: Supervisee’s therapeutic role and understanding of self and others
The model we use for individual supervision is the Supervision Training Services (STS) framework, which covers the following 6 components:
Support
By providing a safe space where you will express your concerns and feelings, and by providing a place where you will be heard, supported and empowered to do your work more effectively.
Performance
By accessing an invigorating environment that promotes personal development and satisfaction. You will be focusing on exploring your strengths, achievements and successful stories. You will be invited to explore alternative perspectives, risks and protective factors, resources available, and potential solutions in order to enhance your competency and confidence as Therapist.
Track
By having a reflective environment, in which you are invited to embark in a collaborative approach of enquiry into practice, that will help you to develop insights into self and framework practices to see the bigger picture.
U – you Self Care
By having a comfortable space to look at self and evaluate how you are prioritising looking after yourself.
Education
By providing a learning platform where you will interpret significant clients’ work and establish clear goals for future sessions. You will also be able to explore your duty of care, ethical matters and identify some legal responsibilities.
Practice
By exploring personal and career goals. And for those Counsellors who work privately, you will be able to explore the ins and outs of your business model.
