Our counselling services provide a safe and confidential space to talk through life’s challenges with an experienced and registered Counsellor.

Sessions are available online or by phone for adults, couples, families, NDIS participants, employees accessing EAP services, and individuals seeking Christian counselling across Australia, in English and Spanish.

During counselling, we explore together experiences, relationships, and decisions, helping you gain clarity and consider practical next steps at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to navigate things on your own.

Our supervision services are designed to help you reflect on workplace dynamics, strengthen ethical decision-making, and gain clarity and confidence in your role.

All services are delivered online and over the phone across Australia, in English and Spanish allowing you to access professional support from your own space in the language that you feel more comfortable with.

To cater to the diverse needs of the Australian workforce, we offer two types of supervision:

• Clinical Supervision: Specialist support for Counsellors and Therapists focusing on therapeutic practice, clinical work, self-care and much more.
• Non-Clinical Supervision: Professional supervision for the broader workforce, including support workers, case managers, mentors, business owners, operational and administrative staff
