Our Professional Policies: How SCSS Works Alongside You
Creating a safe and professional space for your growth is our priority. To ensure we are on the same page, we’ve put together clear policies on how we handle your information, our session bookings, and our shared responsibilities. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with these policies so you can feel at ease as we move forward together.
Our Shared Roadmap
Before we begin our journey together, we’d love for you to take a moment to look over our Terms and Conditions.
These guidelines ensure that every session – whether for counselling or professional supervision – is held within a supportive and professional space. By engaging with our services, you’re agreeing to these practices, which helps us stay aligned and focused on your progress. You can access our full policy via the button below.
Your Privacy
SCSS is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled with the utmost care, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We understand that confidentiality is the foundation of a safe environment for both clients and supervisees. Your trust is incredibly important to us, and we are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy throughout your journey. To see how we collect and protect your data, please read the full policy below.
Valuing Our Shared Time
SCSS aims to provide flexible and accessible services while maintaining a sustainable practice for everyone. We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans may need to change. To ensure fairness and clarity for everyone, we have a Cancellation Policy in place. This helps us manage our appointments effectively so we can continue providing consistent support.
